  • How long do custom orders take?

    Most custom orders take 1–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Larger builds (furniture, shelves, carts) may take 3–6 weeks. I will always give you an estimated completion date before you place your order.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes. All custom orders require a 50% deposit to secure materials and begin work. The remaining balance is due at pickup or delivery.

  • Do you ship or offer local pickup?

    Currently, I offer local pickup in Corpus Christi, Texas, and local delivery for an additional fee. Some smaller items (cutting boards, coasters, etc.) can be shipped upon request.

  • Can I request custom sizes, woods, or colors?

    Absolutely. Every build can be customized. By size, wood species, layout, finish, engraving, and more. Send me your ideas and I’ll bring them to life.

  • What woods do you work with?

    I commonly use Walnut, Cherry, Sapele, White Oak, Red Oak, Cedar, Maple, Padauk, Purple Heart, and Ash. If you want a different wood, just ask! Most options can be sourced.

  • Do you offer engraving?

    Yes! I offer laser engraving for names, dates, logos, designs, and custom artwork. Perfect for gifts, cutting boards, and personalized pieces.

  • How do I care for my cutting board?

    Hand wash only

    Never soak in water

    Keep away from dishwasher and extreme heat

    Re-oil with food-safe mineral oil or board butter when the wood looks dry

    Proper care will keep your board looking great for years.

  • Can you recreate something I saw online?

    Yes! I can create custom builds inspired by photos, sketches, or ideas you’ve found. I’ll work with you to match the style, size, and finish.

  • Do you build items not shown on your website?

    Yes! If you don’t see what you want listed, I can still make it. Everything I build is custom, so feel free to reach out with your idea.

  • What is your return or refund policy?

    Because all builds are custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, I will gladly work with you to fix it.

  • What finishes do you use?

    Cutting boards and food-safe items are finished with food-safe mineral oil and/or board butter. Other furniture pieces are finished with stain, polyurethane, or oil-based finishes depending on the project and customer preference

  • Do you offer gift options?

    Yes. I offer custom-engraved gifts, special packaging for cutting boards, and personalized messages.

  • Can I see progress updates?

    Absolutely. I can send progress photos or videos throughout the build so you can see your project come to life!

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Payment plans may be available for larger furniture builds. Message me for options.
